OVERVIEW: Designed to help us deliver actionable insights, which ensure we are putting our community at the centre of decision making. We are looking for a Senior Researcher who can lead end to end research that shapes the decisions Gymshark makes. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: - Own delivery of insight that shapes decisions across the business, using a range of research techniques to better understand our current and future customers. - Translate consumer research into clear, actionable insights and grounded recommendations that directly inform decision making. - Help shape and prioritise the research roadmap. - Use a range of qualitative and quantitative techniques to develop surveys/IDIs/online community guides, analyse data, and produce rich insights that transform data into a clear, story-driven report or presentation. - Continuously look to develop new research capabilities, including the use of new methods, techniques, tools, and systems. - Work with external agencies to conduct research projects on wider audiences we are unable to reach through the customer panel or CRM database.
