Description POSITION SUMMARY: This role is part of the Finance team supporting Trean’s Insurance and Other Operations and provides a range of financial planning and analysis. This role is responsible for supporting financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making via thorough analysis of all financials in partnership with the finance team and other departments (as needed) to inform strategy and drive results. This role will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis, with a focus on insurance-specific metrics such as loss ratios, underwriting performance, and reserve trends.
