Position Summary: Responsible for functions related to loan servicing from loan origination through loan payoff, including but not limited to file management, loan maintenance, flood insurance processes, file indexing. Essential Functions: - Prepare payoff quotes and credit verification requests. - Process payments received by wire or check. - Perform maintenance on core system including, booking new loans/lines/letters of credit; updating modifications, renewals and conversions for commercial loans. - Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. - Respond to/process research requests received by Loan Operations with accuracy and within departmental guidelines - Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance. Marginal Functions: - Participate in loan and credit file audits. - Handle incoming/outgoing telephone inquiries concerning loan related questions or concerns. - Stay current in knowledge of software, bank products, rates and regulatory requirements. - Maintain compliance with and adhere to all state and federal regulations and Bank policies and procedures, including, but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, SAR, CTR, FACT ACT, Community Reinvestmen...
