Director of Practice - Priory & Stefan Vets Salary up to £50,000 DOE: Relocation Allowance of up to £3,000 Closing date: 8th May 2026* Subject to change We are looking for a motivated and experienced Director of Practice to take on a dynamic multi-site leadership role across our Priory and Stefan veterinary clinics in Crymych, Cardigan, Aberaeron, and Lampeter which are part of the IVC Evidensia group. Working closely with an experienced Clinical Director and two Head Nurses, you will lead and support a dedicated team of 10 vets, 15 RVNs, and a valued support network, ensuring consistency and excellence across all four locations. This role offers the opportunity to shape clinical standards, drive operational performance, and build a strong, collaborative culture across the practices.
