As a Vice President in Commercial Banking Diversified Risk, you will collaborate with a diverse team to deliver credit solutions that cater to a range of needs including working capital, general corporate purposes, acquisition finance and dividend recapitalizations. Your role will involve working with privately-owned businesses, financial sponsors, family offices and some publicly-traded companies, with executions ranging from bilateral structures to the syndicated finance bank market as well as institutional and direct loans.
