Description We're looking for a strategic, commercially minded, AI-forward VP Finance to join our executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO, as our top finance leader. This is a pivotal, high-impact role where you will take end-to-end ownership of OX's financial architecture, capital strategy, and SaaS economics. Working in direct partnership with the CEO and other VPs, your goal is to drive efficient growth, architect the AI-native systems and scalable processes that fuel our next stage, and position OX for the strategic optionality that comes with scale & fundraising. Responsibilities: What You'll Be Doing: - Strategic Partnership & Capital Allocation: Partner with the CEO and executive team on capital allocation, pricing strategy, and the financial narrative for our next chapter. Own investor relations, board reporting, and end-to-end support of fundraising processes. - SaaS Economics & GTM Partnership: Own our core B2B SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, payback) as live operating metrics, not board-deck decoration.
