Environmental Air Systems – The United States’ Premier Mechanical Contractor and manufacturer of custom off-site HVAC construction – is seeking a Superintendent / Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in High Point, North Carolina. In this role you will supervise a team of 20 to 30 employees on 1st or 2nd shift at our manufacturing plant. The Superintendent / Supervisor directs the manufacturing of the department, assuring timely and efficient production HVAC structural frames. Additionally, the Superintendent / Supervisor will foster a culture of open communication and continuous improvement. The Superintendent / Supervisor will also be responsible for keeping both management and employees informed on the status of operations and progress towards production goals.
