About the role: As a Payroll Analyst you will support processing of payroll, complete audits, perform reconciliations and with payroll provider handle all daily operational activities. You will report to the Global Payroll and be located at Mannheim. Qualifications: #LI-Hybrid - Analyze and validate payroll outputs (G2N/WTR Reports, pay slips, time data reports). - Support compliance related tasks related to payroll (make sure third-party payments/reporting is done as per legally required). - Maintain employee records, including voluntary and involuntary deductions. - Prepare regular payroll reports and ad hoc reports as needed. - Work on stabilization/improving relationships with payroll vendor. - Maintain written procedures documenting compliance and processes. - Manage reporting for employee pension and benefits contribut...
