Job Title: Annual Giving Officer Department: Advancement: Reports To: Chris Ellens: Status: Full-time, Exempt: SUMMARY: This position focuses on the strategic identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individual donors with a strong emphasis on securing support for the Calvin Annual Fund. The Annual Giving Officer will work to increase both participation and philanthropic investment from current, lapsed, and prospective donors. Guided by a donor-centered approach, this position proactively engages individuals through personalized outreach strategies including video, text messaging, phone, digital communications, and in-person visits. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Engage with individual donors and prospects, cultivating relationships that lead to increased support for the Calvin Annual Fund. Conduct 12 in-person donor visits per month to qualify prospects, advance relationships, and solicit gifts.
