Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the TA team by managing candidate coordination, data reporting, event logistics, and employer brand activities. This role serves as a key point of contact throughout the hiring process ensuring candidates receive timely communication, assessments are completed, and recruiters have the information they need to make informed decisions. While this position does not carry hiring authority, it plays a critical role in keeping the pipeline moving efficiently and maintaining a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS: - Conduct phone screens with recruiter-selected candidates to gather additional information including availability, compensation expectations, relevant experience, and relocation requirements; summarize findings and provide a recommendation to the recruiter• Coordinate eSkills and send assessment links, track completion, and consolidate results for recruiter review• Maintain accurate candidate statuses in the ATS (e.g., iCIMS, Workday) throughout each stage of the pipeline• Pull market compensation data from...
