In addition to a base wage, every associate is eligible for quarterly profit sharing!! Various shifts are available and off shifts include additional shift differential pay. We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Newport, NH. This role is responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining CNC machining equipment to produce parts that meet quality and production standards. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, can independently diagnose machining issues, perform tool and offset adjustments, and ensure optimal machine performance with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce components according to engineering drawings and specifications. - Perform machine setup adjustments including work offsets, tooling offsets, and program verification. - Troubleshoot machining issues related to tooling, fixturing, part quality, and machine performance. - Perform tool changes, tool life monitoring, and provide tool wear data. - Adjust and maintain wor...
