People Operations Intern (Summer 2026)

Here at Zola we are seeking a motivated People Operations Intern for Summer 2026. In this role, you will support our People Operations and contribute to building a meaningful experience for our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support the employee journey by coordinating onboarding and offboarding, maintaining documentation, and system access. - Assist in driving employee engagement through the planning and execution of our annual employee engagement survey. - Maintain accurate employee records and assist with data entry and audits within our People systems. - Maintain Google Sheets-based reports and dashboards to track team trends. - Assist with the review and maintenance of internal HR materials, company Knowledge Base and policies - Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI or automation to improve internal workflows - Support the People Team, performing supportive ad hoc projects and tasks as necessary QUALIFICATIONS: - Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree (rising Ju...
