This is a supervisory position- two or more staff will report to this position. The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all Accounting personnel; ensuring a fair distribution of tasks between the staff, evaluation of the staff’s performance on a semi-annual basis, discussing performance with accounting staff, recommending improvements to be made, and recommending accounting staff’s wage/salary changes or other employments matters to FM. The Accounting Supervisor will assist the FM as necessary and will prioritize staff tasks as assigned.
