Overview Ampact strives to be the leading provider of evidence-based peer-support recovery programs nationwide. The Director of Recovery Corps, based in the National Office, provides centralized subject matter expertise to ensure effective nationwide implementation of Recovery Corps and improved outcomes for program participants. This role oversees training, program materials, coaching, and implementation to drive positive results, and reports to the Chief Learning Officer as a part of a team of content experts. Applicants must reside in one of our states of Recovery Corps operation: MN, ID, KY,VA and NY Responsibilities: Program Model Implementation & Support: - Provide centralized training, coaching, and materials to AmeriCorps members, coaches, and in-state leaders to ensure fidelity to the Recovery Corps model. - Develop and update training content, program materials, and coaching standards in alignment with program updates and organizational strategy. - Equip state leaders with tools, resources, and technical expertise to support effective program implementation and communicate the value of Recovery Corps to partners and stakeholders.
