Senior Process Engineer

Are you a motivated and experienced Process Engineer with quite some years of experience in the field of contract logistics? And would you like to share your knowledge and coach peers? Do you want to be part of our engineering team in Tilburg and work together on Continuous Improvement, different projects and operational excellence and layout on both manufacturing and logistic processes? Then we are looking for a candidate just like you. You will be working in our growing 3PL environment where lots of Engineering challenges await. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Utilize Lean Standards in everyday assignments and analysis, including: MTM, Line Balancing, PFEP, Value Stream Mapping, Process FMEA's, RCA, Control Plans and engineering studies. - Provide coaching and support to operational Continuous Improvement initiatives at site level including; work studies to analyze work systems, developing standards and/or improvements to existing systems, providing input for the development of functional layouts and utilize simulation software to analyze and/or improve work systems for sustainable results. - Develop and update existing analysis tools (direct and indirect labour) in order to...
