Description Job title: IT Intern: FLSA status : Non-Exempt: Department: Information Technology: Reports to: Director of Infrastructure: Position summary: The IT internship is designed to provide professional experience and increase the business acumen of the intern. The intern will serve in multiple roles and be given exposure to the various departments that comprise Family Express’ vertically integrated operation, with an objective of fostering an understanding of the company’s holistic business operations. This role involves assisting with technical tasks, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting the IT team with various projects, while gaining practical experience in a dynamic tech environment.
