Role Description Responsible for managing the routine warehouse operations supplies, storing, and shipping activities; securing warehouse and supervising staff such that a timely, cost effective and high-quality service is provided. This involves all aspects of warehouse activities ensuring the premises and procedures comply with GMP, EHS and regulatory guidelines. 2-DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List the primary responsibilities critical to the performance of the position) - Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations. - Manage warehouse staff, including task assignment and training. - Collaborate with other functions to resolve operational issues and handle customer requests ensuring efficient workflow. - Optimize activities and staff management in order to assure a high service to the customers. - Monitor and optimize receiving, storage, and shipping processes, including management of rejected and quarantine products, samples shipment and return of defective products to the vendors. - Meets warehouse operational standards identifying warehouse procedural improvements. - Moves inventory to and from warehouse, coordinating inventory transfers with related departments, accordi...
