Job description

As a Barback in our iconic venues, you'll keep our venue fully stocked and bar operations running smoothly. You'll stock and clean the bar and perform related tasks to increase the efficiency and productivity of the bartending team in a high-volume, music-fueled environment. As the ideal candidate, you're fast, friendly, and focused, understanding that every shift is about delivering unforgettable experiences. Reports to Manager of Food & Beverage. - Stock and ice carts, coolers, and satellite locations based on par levels for events. Restock ice bins, beverages, kegs, plasticware, etc. - Keep all beverage storage areas clean and organized at all times. Assist with inventory, product rotation (FIFO), and date labeling to ensure fresh products are readily available for preparation. - Attend pre-shift meetings. Perform defined opening, running, and closing duties as assigned. - Communicate daily entertainment and upcoming events in venue. - Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance, alcohol awareness training and company policies. - Keep the bar area clean and organized, cleaning spills, and floor and guest facing areas clear of debris.
