Senior UX Designer

Job description

We’re growing the UX practice at Keylane and are looking for a Senior UX Designer who can bring clarity to complexity, create intuitive end-to-end experiences, and elevate how our products serve users across the insurance and pension domains. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to design experiences that balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs, while helping shape our design standards and craft maturity across teams. Key about your role: The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for shaping high-quality user experiences across Keylane’s products. You will translate complex workflows into usable solutions, collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, and contribute to the evolution of design quality, systems, and practices across the organization. You will be reporting to the Head of UX.
