About the Role: For our Ferrero plant in Sant’Angelo dei Lombardi (AV) , we are looking for a People Business Partner Specialist , who will provide support to all Human Resources processes and services within the site, contributing to the main industrial levers in close collaboration with the local Human Resources team. The role reports to the Plant People Business Partner . Main Responsibilities: By covering this position, you will carry out a variety of tasks and activities. You will support the HR function , contributing to the execution of HR processes at plant level and supporting the application of Group guidelines and alignment with Region HR to ensure consistency and quality across initiatives. Concerning Talent Acquisition , you will support recruitment, hiring and internal/international mobility activities, collaborating with Line Management to identify candidates aligned with Ferrero values and organizational needs. You will handle the operational organization of recruitment phases (screening, interviews, documentation).
