Overview We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Temporary Recruiter to support our team for a defined assignment from May 2026 to January 2027 . You will play a key role in supporting daily operations while contributing to meaningful work alongside a collaborative team. Responsibilities: Admin Staff Recruitment & Hiring: · Partner with hiring managers to facilitate the entire recruitment process, from job posting through offer extension, and communication around onboarding for administrative staff roles · Screen candidates to evaluate their skills and qualifications for the role; contact references to determine a candidate’s viability to support the organization’s needs · Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking system (ATS) · Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and function as a brand ambassador when representing the organization Provider Talent Pipeline Development: · Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through outreach, networking, job fairs, partnerships with local training programs, and digital platforms · Collaborate with community organizations, nursing schools, and vocational programs to attract top talent · Effectively communicate w...
