Responsibilities Sentinel is seeking a high‑caliber, consulting‑minded Solutions Architect to join our presales organization. This role is intentionally targeted toward individuals who have built their careers in VAR or manufacturer presales environments and understand how to design, position, and scope data center solutions that deliver long‑term customer value. We’re looking for a trusted technical advisor who actively partners with Account Managers and customers to shape solutions, estimate services, and articulate Sentinel’s value from a strategic, consultative standpoint. This is a full time opportunity working a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week being onsite at our Downers Grove, IL corporate headquarters. Qualifications: We focus on candidates that display our “ACE” factor – Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm to deliver quality solutions with exceptional customer service.
