Job description
The Painter - 3 works as part of a team performing multiple duties related to the production of painted products. Assigned tasks and teams will vary based on business needs. Starting pay at $19.25/hr. Plus, receive pay increases at 90 days and 6 months. Typical schedule 1st Shift Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 3:30 pm with Friday overtime as needed. - Operate paint equipment requiring close control and adjustment according to production orders. - Paint wood and/or metal components and finished products. - Maintain required records and understand paint and solvent chemistry. - Perform preventative maintenance per established schedules and maintain good housekeeping. - Demonstrate flexibility in work hours, including overtime as needed. - Comply with all safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures. - Rotate to other positions as needed and perform additional duties as assigned. - Ability to interpret and follow production orders. - Familiarity with paint technology and quality standards. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Problem-solving, adaptability, and decision-making abilities. - Ability to work col...
