Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Case Management & Participant Services: - Manage a high-volume caseload of WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker participants. - Conduct eligibility determinations, certifications, and enrollments into WIOA programs. - Complete assessments, Individual Employment Plans (IEPs), and career planning with participants. - Provide career counseling, employment guidance, and referrals to training and supportive services. - Maintain ongoing engagement with participants to support progress toward employment and training goals.
