Job Description About the role: In this role, you will ensure adherence to production/process specifications, report any malfunctions or abnormalities, and make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Complies with all Safety related procedures and reports damage, incidents, or near misses. - Responsible for the day-to-day operation, output, quality, and performance of the relevant production line. - Monitors production activities and equipment uptime to meet target outputs while reporting irregularities to the Supervisor. - Responsible for all batch documentation and cGMP of each production run and participates in reviewing SOPs. - Performs running, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance. - Maintains Production line areas in a clean and orderly manner at all times. - Coaches and trains team members to guarantee standard work in safety, quality, traceability, and service. - Responsible for the timely set up of machines and supporting the update of set-up procedures for improved turnaround times. - Actively participate in Lean programs with a focus on line efficiency and waste reduction.
