Senior Manager, Partner Launch and Implementation - Dining

What’s the role? We are looking for a Senior Manager, Partner Launch and Implementation to work on our Dining pod, who will support the successful rollout of Bilt's guest experience platform with restaurant and hospitality partners. This is an in-person, field-based role focused on training, launch execution, and hands-on support. You'll work directly with restaurant teams, from GMs to ownership groups to ensure they feel confident, supported, and set up for a smooth and successful launch. You'll also serve as a real-time, first-line support resource during and after onboarding, escalating issues to the broader Dining Team when needed.
