WHAT YOU’LL DO: The Accounting Manager will play a key role in scaling the finance function, overseeing accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with GAAP. This individual will partner cross-functionally to support gaming-specific revenue models and leverage Workday Financials to enhance reporting, controls, and operational efficiency ROLE EXPECTATIONS: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end close processes Lead timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies Handle revenue recognition, particularly for gaming-specific streams (digital sales, virtual currency, subscriptions, etc.) Maintain and optimize accounting processes within Workday Financials Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and variance analyses Collaborate with FP&A, product, and operations teams to support business initiatives Manage audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors Develop and implement internal controls and process improvements Other duties as assign...
