The Role: As a Field Technical Support Engineer , you support customers, service technicians, and commissioning engineers with diagnosing and resolving technical issues on CPM machines and production lines. You work in the office, remotely and on-site, playing a key role in ensuring reliable machine performance and high customer satisfaction.
