Project Management Specialist (Level 3 or 4) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense & Space (BDS) is seeking a Project Management Specialist (Level 3 or 4) to join the Phantom Works Special Technology Integration team in Mesa, AZ . The ideal candidate should have experience in leading a program IPT on developmental and manufacturing programs for advanced composite materials. Candidate should have experience in developing an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards. Establish fabrication baselines and configuration management materials to be manufactured. If applicable establish a Earned Value Management Plan for the project. Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans. Lead risk assessments, developing mitigation plans. Develops, collects, organizes and provides data, to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance. Coordinates work statements with customers and suppliers, and establish resulting schedules.
