About the role: We are looking for an experienced, skilled, and committed Assessment and Enablement Officer with experience in adult social care to join Social Care Direct. Social Care Direct is a “front door” to Adult Social Services and the first point of contact for all initial enquiries about social care. The work in the team comprises of short term interventions, mainly over the phone, therefore identifying the presenting query as early as possible is essential in providing good quality social care.
