What will I be doing?: · Lead the timely and accurate preparation of the semi-monthly payroll for 300+ employees, which includes reviewing timesheets for accuracy, calculating payroll and preparing employee payroll and tax deposits · Assure that all state and federal payroll and related tax regulations and laws are followed and that reporting requirements are met (including the preparation of the 941 report) · Coordinate and processe federal W-4 tax information to employees and year-end information to balance, print, and distribute W-2 forms · Maintain and monitor accru...
