This role oversees daily operations, manages staff performance, and ensures all contract requirements are met while maintaining strong client relationships. The Facility Manager will manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs, oversee operational teams, and ensure accurate facility data and reporting through CMMS systems. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing large teams within complex facility environments.
