Job description

Position Overview: We are seeking a systems-first leader to transform and scale our GTM technology foundation in an AI-first way across Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success. This role is responsible for owning the GTM systems architecture and driving execution of system initiatives, ensuring our core platforms (Salesforce and adjacent tools) are scalable, integrated, and enable a high-performing commercial organization. This is a builder + platform role, with a strong focus on system design, automation, and delivery. This role reports to the Senior Director of Commercial / Sales Operations and partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Data / Analytics, GTM Apps and IT.
