Job Summary: The Team Member (TM.) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes and helps maintain an active selling culture by ensuring that all processes are held to documented company standards designed to drive sales. Key Roles & Responsibilities: - The TM maintains a positive attitude, works with a sense of urgency, and executes all company directives, policies, and procedures accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner. - The TM contributes to a customer-focused environment while providing excellent customer service. - The Team Member performs cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while providing customers with a positive shopping experience. - The Team Member unloads, processes, and stocks freight within the correct location while following all store merchandising guidelines. - TM performs Store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks as assigned inside and outside the building. - The TM completes the daily/weekly workload and tasks as assigned...
