This role requires a deep understanding of fine dining etiquette, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for exceeding guest expectations. Ensure compliance with alcohol safety standards, including verifying legal drinking age. Maintain a clean and organized service station and dining area. Take reservations and answer incoming calls with professionalism. Process financial transactions and guest payments accurately. Promote a sophisticated and welcoming dining environment. High School Diploma or GED. 2 years of serving experience, preferably in a fine dining setting. Ability to obtain a food handler's card. Ability to pass alcohol awareness training.
