Description POSITION SUMMARY: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing care to clients to include but not limited to administering medication, taking vitals, assessing medical needs of clients. Essential Duties: - Assisting with the taking and recording of daily client vital signs and assessments - Administering medications and treatments as per provider protocol - Assisting with client admissions and discharges - Recording client observations and reporting to the medical team as needed - Compassionately interacting with the client population to encourage engagement in treatment - Maintain a safe and sanitary environment - Attend staff trainings and meetings as required - Communicating with the pharmacy as needed - Completing client nursing admissions not limited to: intake surveys, blood draws, TB testing, GeneSight swabbing - Follows all policies and procedures with regard to patient information protection, including alcohol-drug patient confidentiality and HIPAA - Other duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: - Current unrestricted licensure in TN/GA as a Licensed Practical Nurse - Able to read, analyze, and interpret policies and directions,...
