Position: Product Development and design Supervisor Division: Product Development Location: TA 388 Reports to: Product Development and design Supervisor Manager JOB SUMMARY: The Product Development and design Supervisor will play a key role in handling a wide range of R&D department activities. These include, but not limited to; Assist the Product Design team in new product development and in-house testing. Focus on improving and optimizing Toro’s current product lines. Assist the R&D teams and provide technical support to other internal stakeholders. Oversee R&D lab activities and general operations. Periodically attend and support 3rd party laboratories testing. Manage, develop and assist in setting up new test methods for the Toro Group. Work with exterior vendors and industry partners to support and advance the Toro Groups product offering. Provide leadership, mentorship and training to junior team members. DIRECT AND/OR INDIRECT REPORTS: This position reports directly to the Product Development and Design Manager.
