Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES: The ​IT Portfolio Manager is expected to be able to accomplish the following: - Lead enterprise‑level IT portfolio planning, coordination, and governance. - Develop, maintain, and optimize the IT investment portfolio roadmap. - Analyze project proposals to ensure technical, strategic, and financial alignment. - Facilitate portfolio review boards, prioritization cycles, and executive briefings. - Provide visibility into portfolio health, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics. - Monitor cost, schedule, and performance across IT programs and projects. - Conduct business case analysis to support investment decisions. - Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders including engineering, operations, finance, and leadership. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, federal IT governance, cybersecurity requirements, and enterprise architecture standards. - Provide advisory support on maturing portfolio processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
