Company Description Established practice in Ponchatoula, LA has been delighting patients for years. This is the practice of Dr. Robert Benson, a Tulane trained dermatologist. The practice is a full-service general dermatology, surgical, and cosmetics practice. You will be working alongside a dermatologist. You will be supported by an experienced administrative and clinical team that scribe and perform clinical administrative tasks freeing you to focus on patients. Job Description: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions in patients of all ages Perform and assist with dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and cosmetic treatments based on training and interest Collaborate closely with supervising dermatologist and medical team to ensure high standards of patient care Educate patients on skin health, treatment plans, preventive care, and post-procedure instructions Maintain thorough and timely documentation of patient encounters in compliance with medical and legal requirements Qualifications: Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of Louisiana.
