Job Description Summary The Arizona Superior Court in Pima County is hiring a detail oriented Human Resources Specialist I to support both Superior and Juvenile Courts. In this role, you’ll handle essential HR functions including HRIS data entry, employment transactions, onboarding, benefits support, leave administration, and workers’ compensation coordination. You’ll also serve as a key point of contact for employees, vendors, and partner agencies to help ensure smooth and accurate HR operations across the court system. This position is primarily located in the Juvenile Court Center Human Resources office, with additional support provided to Superior Court Human Resources as needed. Job Description Summary: Provides paraprofessional support to the Human Resources Division of Superior and Juvenile Courts by performing administrative and clerical assignments such as data entry and maintenance of data in the Human Resources Information System; processing and managing leaves of absences, supporting benefits administration and wellness programs, workers compensation, and other human resources functions.
