We’re partnering with a leading integrated creative agency that delivers large-scale, high-stakes B2B events and conferences across North America. They’re looking for a senior, hands-on Client Lead / Event Producer who thrives in execution. Someone who knows how to get things done, can lead from the front in live environments, and is comfortable being deeply embedded in the details of production, delivery, and onsite execution. This role requires deep, hands-on experience delivering large-scale B2B event programs—including conferences, executive/C-suite forums, trade shows, employee programs, and stage-based brand experiences. This role sits at the centre of complex event programs—owning timelines, budgets, teams, and ultimately ensuring everything comes together seamlessly.
