Job Summary The Program Manager – Senior will serve as the overall lead for the National Teleradiology Program (NTP) assessment , responsible for delivering a comprehensive evaluation and future-state operating model across clinical, operational, financial, and technical domains. This individual will act as the primary interface with VA leadership , ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet quality standards, and align with VHA mission and priorities. Primary Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end program execution for the NTP assessment - Serve as primary point of contact with VA stakeholders (CO, COR, program leadership) Oversee development of: - Workforce and staffing models - Financial and cost benchmarking analyses - Clinical performance and quality frameworks - Technical and imaging system assessments Integrate inputs from multidisciplinary teams, including: - Radiology SMEs - Financial analysts - Imaging IT specialists Ensure delivery of: - Monthly progress reports - Interim and final recommendations - Manage project schedule, risks, and quality control - Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment across VISNs and VA facilities - Ensure all recommendations are...
