ABOUT THE ROLE: As the Director of Facility Operations, you will own the performance, uptime, and efficiency of our mining site portfolio. This is a hands-on, field-oriented leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple sites while staying closely connected to both corporate vision and on-the-ground execution.
