This role provides Level 2/3 application support, resolves complex system issues, and works directly with business teams to implement improvements. This is a hands-on role responsible for configuring systems, implementing changes, troubleshooting issues, and supporting system integrations. While vendors and developers will assist with specialized development, this position is expected to own system functionality and drive solutions to completion. The primary job functions include, but are not limited to: Provide Level 2/3 support for enterprise applications including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1), WMS, integrations, and reporting systems.
