Senior Director of Sales - Rentals

Purpose The purpose of this position is to drive new business development and revenue growth for Bexel’s Rentals business. The Sales Manager – Rentals serves as a senior-level, revenue-producing sales leader responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new rental opportunities while expanding Bexel’s presence across key production markets. This role owns revenue targets, builds and maintains a strong sales pipeline, and leverages established industry relationships to grow market share and asset utilization. In addition to individual sales performance, this role supports overall sales discipline and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure exceptional client delivery and operational alignment.
