The Seasonal Plaza Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the 24/7 safety and security of the entire outside property of the Casino, protecting guests, team members, and company assets while delivering exceptional guest service. . Provides basic security coverage ensuring that adequate protection is provided for the safety and assets of patrons, Team Members, vendors and the company. Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time, able to climb steps, respond to emergency situations, and handle basic duties and responsibilities of the position. Monitor, secure and report all suspicious activity within the barns. Observe, ensure and secure the gate for all horses and handlers. Monitor, secure and report all suspicious activity within the area. Grandstands - monitor, secure and report all suspicious activity within the area. Provide guest service. Midnight Grandstands – secure the facility for ending the business day and maintain for security & overall operational needs.
