What you will do: Partner with manufacturing and continuous improvement teams to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities through regular plant and department meetings Support proof ‑ of ‑ concept trials by assisting with planning, setup, testing, data collection, and evaluation Help pilot and implement new processes, tools, or technologies by providing hands ‑ on support during trials and early production launches Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure alignment during pilot rollouts and production go ‑ lives Document lessons learned, best practices, and standard work to support knowledge sharing across manufacturing teams Assist with communicating improvement initiatives and results through presentations, reports, and shared content Support the organization and upkeep of local innovation o...
