Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Vice President of Integration is responsible for providing enterprise-level leadership to align growth initiatives, technology capabilities, and governance, ensuring strategy, execution, and risk management are integrated and mutually reinforcing. The specific duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the subsequent items, and are characterized in the following five standards of performance, defined as below: I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Serve as a member of the Executive Management Team, contributing to organizational strategy, policy development, and long-range planning. - Drive an integrated operating model that aligns growth, technology, governance, and service delivery. - Provide executive oversight of assigned administrative and internal service functions, which may include, but not be limited to: Business Development, Information Technology, and Contract Management. - Act as liaison to the Foundation Board and Trust Services. - Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer to support responsible fiscal management, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. - Set business development strategy, i...
