Job Description The Role: As a General Assembly Process Engineering, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment. Work requires the ability to make decisions based on established procedures and the ability to innovate and define new procedures in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Work is of a technical nature using independent judgment within the limits of GMS; focusing on Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE). This role will involve training others, as well at times fulfilling a Maintenance Group Leader role. What You’ll Do: Responsible for the manufacturing processes and equipment for General Assembly Develop and implement sufficiency plans and continuous improvement activities to meet specific uptime, tool cost, quality, and maintainability objectives Responsible for all documentation of the process including Process Control Plans, Tool and Equipment Bulletins, PFMEAs, and other equipment documentation including standardized work (TISs and more) Maintain compliance with all Process Control Plans, Tool and Equipment bulletins relevant to all General Assembly Equipment and Processes; Maintain all req...
