Position Summary Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) is a trusted partner to federal health agencies. We are exploring the addition of an experienced Business Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) programs through detailed technical data documentation and analysis. This role will focus primarily on documenting VA data sources, systems, integrations, and environments to support analytics, reporting, system modernization, and regulatory compliance efforts. The Business Analyst will work closely with data engineers, analytics teams, product owners, and VA stakeholders to understand complex data ecosystems and translate them into clear, accurate, and reusable technical documentation. The ideal candidate has strong experience in data analysis, metadata management, and documentation standards, along with familiarity with federal healthcare data environments, particularly within the VA.
